About Elizabeth

Her music focuses on telling and enhancing captivating stories that resonate with everyone. This focus has lead to an active career in concert music, film scoring, and interactive media!

Most recently, Elizabeth worked as an assistant composer under Erica Procunier on Season 2 of CBC’s Little Dog (she also wrote some additional music for the series). Previously, she completed an internship under Ari Posner through the SCGC’s Apprentice Mentor Program. She also composed a movement for the Art Song Collaborative Project’s modern opera ‘Coming Home’ which premiered in Toronto and London in July 2018. Elizabeth is now working on writing a new piece for the 2019 edition of the opera.

Other than composing, Elizabeth teaches “Fundamentals of Music Arranging for Producers” at Centennial College (Recording Arts Program in the Media and Design Department). She is also the Membership Coordinator for the Screen Composers Guild of Canada.

She has a Music Theory and Composition undergraduate degree from Western University, Audio Post Production Graduate Certificate from Fanshawe College, and education in Interactive Scoring for Games from Berklee.
